Fishing tips
May 3, 2021 — Autosett Small
We’ve received great feedback on Autosett Small! It’s a blast — people are catching lots of trout and perch. It works best when fishing in shallower areas from 3 to 10 meters, depending on the water temperature. It usually fishes best in spring and early summer — when the water gets too warm, the bite slows down. The best bait is small red worms. Wind is also important — southerly and easterly winds are good for fishing.
May 7, 2021 — New Product: Trout Line!
Fishing gear for those who love hiking in the mountains with light weight and want trout for dinner. The line weighs only 90 grams, has 12 hooks, and is 25 meters long. You don’t need a boat for this line, but it’s best if two people set it out together. One person baits the hooks with worms and lets the line out, while the other pulls it across the water using a fishing rod or another line.
Set the line out in the evening and pull it up the next morning. Some people use two lines — just attach a snap swivel to the floating element (Autosett), which gives you buoyancy in the middle of the lines and lets you see when you’ve got a bite.
If you’ve caught several fish, it can help to hold the other end of the line to pull it in smoothly. Remove the fish and reset the hooks as you go — otherwise, the line can easily get tangled. Use small or medium worms for best results.
